The e-Learning’16 International Conference is organized according to the Workplan of the European Thematic Network FUTURE EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN COMPUTING. The Conference OBJECTIVE is to intensify the information exchange of the results in theoretical research and practical developments in the field of the e-Learning and mLearning.

e-Learning’16 is organized under the patronage of the EUROPEAN COMMISSION - Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, Bulgarian Chapter of IEEE Computer Society and John Atanasoff Union of Automation and Informatic.

Note: Only research papers concerning e-Learning will be considered in this conference. After receiving and systematising the main part of the papers, the Programme Committee will specify and divide the papers into sections and subsections and elaborate the programme of the conference.

Conference proceedings

The conference proceedings will include only papers, which meet all formatting requirements and were accepted for publication by the programme committee. It will be published in BOOK and ELECTRONIC FORMAT with ISSN and will be made available through the DIGITAL LIBRARY. The conference proceedings will be submitted for indexing to SCOPUS.

Participation of companies

Companies and organisations, who wish to participate in the conference, must state this by 31.08.2016. The conference fee for non-university organisations is 200 Euro. The companies are allowed to present papers, posters and/or exhibitions as well as to publish advertisements in the conference programme and proceedings.
